This class is focused on stretching the hamstrings.
No props? No problem! You can use 3-4 Bath towels for this practice and a face towel in place of an eye pillow for savasana. Find a comfortable spot to practice in and grab your yoga mat, if you have one. There will be no standing poses in this class. Please make sure you only do what feels safe for you.
*Extra for this class: Strap. If you don’t have one you can use a belt, scarf, or towel instead.
