Join Veda for a guided gentle yoga practice with sound healing! Today’s practice will be focused on hamstring stretches.
No props? No problem! You can use 3-4 bath towels for this practice. For added comfort in savasana grab an eye pillow (or a face towel in place of an eye pillow), your favorite blanket, and a pillow or two!
Extra for this class: If you have a strap, have that near by. If you don’t, you can use a towel, belt, or scarf in its place.
We will be staying on the ground. Please only do what feels safe for you.
