Join Veda for a guided gentle yoga practice with sound healing! Today’s practice will be focused on strengthening the core.
No props? No problem! You can use 3-4 bath towels for this practice. For added comfort in savasana grab an eye pillow (or a face towel in place of an eye pillow), your favorite blanket, and a pillow or two!
Extra for this class: 2 blocks.
We will be doing some standing poses. Please only do what feels safe for you.
